Quality of life in society

We are all influenced by the society in which we live and in turn we all influence society. The increase in orderliness and harmony produced through individual and group practice of Transcendental Meditation® and its Advanced Techniques, including Yogic Flying, affects not just the physiology and psychology of the individual meditator, but also radiates to the environment.

This increase in orderliness in the environment then influences all individuals in that environment. This effect is very powerful and has been extensively researched.

There is now substantial scientific evidence that Transcendental Meditation and the TM-Sidhi Programme including Yogic Flying are reliable technologies to reduce violence and disorder in the collective consciousness of society thus reducing, for example, crime, war and terrorism.

Throughout the physical and biological sciences there are examples of permanence or invincibility. The universal feature of them all is that indestructibility always depends upon coherence of collective functioning.

Yogic Flying groups can create a parallel effect of invincibility in society to the Meissner effect in physics.

When positivity and harmony become sufficiently strong and dense in national consciousness, negative influences cannot penetrate it. No enemy can arise from either inside or outside the nation. The nation becomes invincible.

Global Union of Scientists

The Global Union of Scientists for Peace is a coalition of leading scientists and experts, founded to prevent war, terrorism and nuclear proliferation and to promote safe, scientifically proven technologies for national security and global peace.

In November 2015, after the terrorist attack in Paris, they sent a letter to leaders of all nations alerting them to the fact that there does exist a non-violent method of reducing war and terrorism and creating world peace.

The next step

The rise in coherence and harmony created by groups using the Consciousness Development Programme (Transcendental Meditation and the TM-Sidhi Programme which includes Yogic Flying) is a non-violent, non-destructive approach to reducing negativity such as crime, war and terrorism.
